A drawing in a private conversation can be difficult for a colleague to find. Attach documents to the order and agree on file naming and approval practices. Every job should have a clear place for agreed documents and related decisions.

A tablet or phone lets people check information where the work happens. A problem photo with its description and conversation provides more context than a verbal handover. For CAD formats, distinguish storing and downloading from viewing: PDFs and images can be viewed directly, while CAD files open in a suitable application.

The work order follows the job, labels support identification, and the delivery note links the shipment to its documents. After completion, the archive keeps the context for later questions or repeat work.
