Does the price depend on the number of users?

No. Standard costs €190 per month for your business, with unlimited users.

What is included in the first month?

The first month is free. Setup, existing-data import and training at your premises are free of charge. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription; we agree continuation with you.

What costs extra?

Only the optional modules you choose: each €30/month. Standards and performance (Performance Intelligence) is a separate solution priced by agreement. There are no installation or exit fees.

How do I add modules and what do they cost?

Tell us which module you need. Each costs €30/month, in addition to the core package. You can add modules during your subscription or cancel them with 30 days’ notice.

Do I need an annual contract?

No. The agreement is open-ended, with no minimum term. We sign it after the free trial if you choose to continue.

How do I cancel?

Email written notice to support@normax.rs. The notice period is 30 days, with no exit fee. The final month is charged proportionally to the service period. The same notice period applies to individual modules.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains yours. Export is free, including after the relationship ends. You have 30 days after the agreement ends to request and download an export; deletion then follows the agreement.

Can the price change?

A reasonable change is possible if costs rise substantially or the exchange rate changes drastically. We notify you at least 30 days in advance. If the new terms do not suit you, you can cancel before they take effect.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance. Invoices are issued in Serbian dinars at the National Bank of Serbia’s middle exchange rate on the invoice date, payable within 8 days.
