Business data in the NormaX applications is stored on servers in the European Union. Specific storage and processing terms are set out in the quote and agreement.

Controlled access
Application access requires sign-in, and available actions depend on user roles and settings. Your team receives access according to the agreed way of working.
A confidentiality agreement
If you choose to continue after the trial, we sign a confidentiality agreement. It sets out our obligations to protect business information and use it only for the agreed service.
Your request through this website
We collect the details you enter in the contact form: name, company, location, email, phone, your interest and any message. We use them to respond, arrange a demonstration or prepare a trial. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing lists.
How your message is delivered
The form uses FormSubmit to forward your message to support@normax.rs. According to its documentation, submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. The recipient’s email uses Loopia. The EU-server statement concerns business data in the applications; the website form follows this separate delivery process.

Your choices and contact
Do not include confidential drawings, passwords or production documents in the form. For questions about processing, correcting or deleting contact details, write to support@normax.rs. We retain details while needed for your enquiry and the agreed relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Cookies
Your visit does not involve advertising tracking. We use a technical cookie to protect the website from bots and abuse. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cookies to profile visitors.
This cookie helps distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. It supports website security rather than advertising. We do not ask for marketing consent for this necessary technical protection.
Your choices
You can inspect, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may affect access to the website. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising cookies, we will offer a clear choice to accept or reject them before enabling them, with the ability to change your choice later.
The NX intro animation and language selection do not write data to browser local or session storage. This information applies to the normax.rs marketing website; signing in to and using the NormaX applications is a separate service. For questions, email support@normax.rs.
